Meet your programme facilitators

Christoff Oosthuysen
FacilitatorChristoff is a leading entrepreneurial coach and speaker, based in Cape Town, South Africa. Currently, he serves as Founding CEO of the Entrepreneurial Planning Institute.
He is known for applying new concepts such as flow, strengths-based planning and lean startup to small business and social enterprise contexts and for creating useful tools such as the Flow Canvas One-Page Business Plan.
His approach is explained in his book 'Results! How to Succeed in a Fast-Changing World with a 1-Page Business Plan'.He follows a strengths-based coaching approach through which he helps leaders to create 'flow' for themselves, their teams and their organisations.
Christoff started his career in adult education and publishing for new business owners. During the two decades from 1990 to 2010, he launched half-a-dozen businesses of which he sold the successful and closed the failures. Today he applies his practical experiences as entrepreneur in his work as coach, speaker, trainer and designer of entrepreneurial programmes.
He counts many institutions as his clients, including the Industrial Development Corporation, National Empowerment Fund, Business Partners, Small Enterprise Development Agency, Open Africa & The Business Place.

Mpho Mokwena
Co-FacilitatorMpho is the managing director of Kingdom Labour Empowerment.
She is dedicated to youth development and empowering women in the workforce. She collaborates with NGOs and governmental departments to provide access to social and educational information for young people, and offers training and mentorship.

Joseph Jacobs
Co-FacilitatorJoseph has more than 30 years of practical, hands-on experience and exposure on various levels of management, organizational-, community - and people development which included performance improvement practices acquired within the financial-, public-, sport-, spiritual- and civil society sectors.
He is a seasoned and a passionate facilitator with a wealth of experience in facilitating, coordinating and project managing a wide variety of transformational and leadership developmental initiatives, i.e. workshops, conferences, programmes and stakeholder engagement sessions on on a global, continental, national, provincial and local level.
Such assignments included subject matters within organisational/business/community & people developmental areas related to performance improvement/management, leadership development, strategy and business planning, business process mapping, organizational development, change management, stakeholder/community-engagement & relationship building, skills development, personal mentoring & whole life coaching, personal mastery, organizational redesign & job-profiling, service delivery excellence, corporate governance and human resources management in general.
During the 2010 World FIFA Soccer Cup, Joseph also led the nation-wide volunteer outreach initiatives to activate, inspire, mobilize, equip and empower local communities to play a significant role in creating safe, welcoming and life-changing experience. He holds various academic and vocational learning qualifications.
