Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is a critical component of any successful program or project. Effective M&E practices can help organisations track their progress, measure their impact, and make informed decisions about resource allocation and program improvements. But it can feel overwhelming and sometimes even unnecessary, especially for small NGOs and social enterprises operating with limited resources. 

Here are some practical tips for small NGOs and social enterprises to manage M&E effectively:
